Please read carefully before commissioning. By ordering a commission, you agree to the following terms.⸻General Guidelines
• Commissions are for personal use only. For commercial use, please contact me in advance. Additional fees will apply.
• I retain all rights to the artwork. You may not claim it as your own, resell it, or use it in any AI programs or NFTs.
• I may post commissions on my social media and use them in my portfolio unless you request otherwise before I begin.
• Reposting of commissioned works is allowed with proper credit (tagging @SarahSoara).
• I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.⸻What I Will Draw
• Humanoid characters & OCs
• Kemonomimi (animal features on human characters)
• Real-life references (with permission from the person being drawn)
• Mildly suggestive themes (nothing explicit)What I Will NOT Draw
• R-18 content
• Mecha
• Gore or extreme violence
• Animals/creatures (non-humanoid)
• Political content
• Discriminatory or offensive subject matter⸻Commission Process
1. Inquiry: Send me a message with your request and fully colored visual references. Unclear or uncolored sketches will not be accepted.
2. Approval: I will confirm if I can fulfill your request. Prices may vary depending on complexity and detail.
3. Draft: I will send a sketch draft for your approval before payment. Drafts may have a small additional fee if requested.
4. Payment: Once approved, a PayPal invoice will be sent. You may pay:
• 50% deposit (non-refundable) with the remainder due upon completion, or
• Full payment upfront5. Work-in-Progress Updates: I may send WIPs (sketch stage only) if requested or when I feel necessary. I do not send WIPs during the coloring stage.
6. Revisions:
• Up to three minor revisions are included. Additional revisions incur extra fees.
• Major revisions not due to my error may also incur extra fees (up to 50% of original price).7. Final Delivery: Once complete, you’ll receive a high-resolution JPG via email.⸻Revisions & Refund Policy
• Minor revisions: Up to 3 included. More require additional payment.
• Major revisions: Only accepted if feasible; may require an additional fee.
• Refunds:
• Full refund if I have not started.
• Partial refund if I have begun but cannot complete (I keep at least 25%).
• No refunds once the artwork is finished.
• Rush orders with specific deadlines may require extra fees.⸻Timeline
• I usually complete commissions within 2–4 weeks, though I reserve a maximum of one month in case of unexpected delays.⸻Usage Rights
• You may repost commissioned works with proper credit.
• Commissions may not be altered, traced, or used commercially without prior agreement.
